Please note that when booking a ticket though the school’s website you will be directed to Tickit, a ticketing platform, and Stripe, a payment processing firm, that have been assessed by the district for their privacy impact as required of public bodies under the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act of BC. You should however be aware that these software systems are independent of the district and therefore not under the district’s control. You are using these systems at your own discretion. Stripe information is stored in the United States; The organization is PCI (Payment Card Industry) compliance certified.

Your tickets are being purchased from Sands Secondary (the organizer).

Tickit's services are limited to generating and delivering tickets and forwarding your payment to the organizer. Tickit’s fees for this service are non-refundable.

All communications or disputes regarding ticket order refunds, chargebacks, changes, disruptions and cancellation are between you and the organizer. Tickit will be not be liable or responsible in any way for refunds or chargebacks in connection with the organizer's events.
